SchoPlast Plastic GmbH is one of the largest regional plastics processors. The industry has a long tradition in Upper Lusatia. For this reason, seven companies joined forces in 2009 to establish one of the most modern training centres for plastics-related professions in the Federal Republic of Germany in Bautzen.
POLYSAX e.V. serves as a platform for vocational training in plastics technology, the industrial engineering degree programme specialising in plastics technology, and for part-time further training and qualifications. The comprehensive expertise in plastics processing, combined with the excellent training and further education opportunities, ensures the technological edge of a strong industry in the east region of Saxony.
SchoPlast Plastic GmbH also makes use of its state-of-the-art facilities as part of its vocational training programme to train its process mechanics for plastics and rubber technology and mechatronics engineers.
