Construction & Planning

Right from the early stages of development, we draw on our experience in mould making, pressing processes and injection moulding technologies. In this way, we ensure that every mould is optimally tailored to the material, geometry and manufacturing process.

Precision mould-making

Thanks to the close integration of mould-making and plastics processing, we develop and manufacture high-precision tools for:

• Thermoset moulding
• Thermoset injection moulding
• Thermoplastic injection moulding

The synergy between tool design and manufacturing technology ensures reliable and cost-effective production – from prototypes to large-scale series production.

Focus on quality

To ensure the highest product quality, we use modern methods such as:

• Mould flow analyses
• Thermal imaging cameras for optimising hot spots
• Monitoring of internal mould pressure sensors

Together with our in-house toolmaking department and certified partners, we ensure rapid adjustments for new projects, tool modifications, maintenance and repairs.
