• 75 moulding stations
• High-precision Viebahn, Boyke, Lauffer and Bipel moulding machines with volumetric dosing, stroke control, mould protection monitoring, and hydraulic and pneumatic core pullers
• Clamping forces: 630 kN – 2,000 kN
• Hydraulic and pneumatic core pullers
• High level of automation in post-processing and quality control using camera and laser technology
• ONI hydraulic cooling system with free-cooling unit, as well as an adiabatic system and chiller for precise and stable machine temperature control
• Nine Koch vacuum systems in conjunction with two Koch drying systems to ensure a reliable supply of granulate
