• Fully electric precision injection moulding machines from Sumitomo (SHI), DEMAG and BOY with automated post-processing of parts
• Clamping forces: 100 kN – 3,500 kN
• Materials: Engineering thermoplastics, high-performance plastics, glass fibre reinforcements up to 60 %, fire-retardant additives
• Components: Visible parts, high-gloss parts, lightweight components
• Process monitoring: Mould cavity pressure monitoring, ionisation technology
• Level of automation: High level of automation for safe and cost-effective production
• ONI hydraulic cooling with an open-circuit cooler, adiabatic cooling and a refrigeration unit for accurate and stable machine temperature control
• Mould internal pressure sensor monitoring for the most precise mould filling
• Nine Koch vacuum systems in conjunction with two Koch drying systems for a reliable supply of granulate
